A Trademark generally refers to a brand or a logo which is represented through a design, symbol, word or phrase that identifies the source of your brand and distinguishes it from that of others. The procedure and stages involved in the trademark registration process are as below:
STAGE 1 – Trademark Search – We need to search and ensure that the brand name is not previously used by other applicants.
STAGE 2 – Attached checklist must be filled
STAGE 3 – Trademark filing – TM number will be provided in 2 business days.
STAGE 4 – Trademark examination – 2 to 3 months post filing our application will be subject to examination.
STAGE 5 - Reply to examination Report
STAGE 6 - Hearing
STAGE 7 – Journal Publication – Filed application will be published in journal after the successfully completing the examination and hearing process.
STAGE 8 – Registration – Once the journal period of 4 months is successfully completed our application will move to registration stage.
